California Softball Officals' Association (CSOA)
The California Softball Officials' Association (CSOA) offers the most current information available for the High School Softball Umpire .
Our goal is to be consistent in Softball Instruction and Officiating throughout the State of California in accordance with the California Interscholastic Federation-Sothern Section(CIF-SS) and National Federation High School Association (NFHS)
There are over 900 members enrolled in the fourteen California Softball Officials’ Association Units that are assigned games for over 650 CIF-Southern Section and certain areas of the CIF-Central Section high schools. The CSOA encompasses nearly 50% of all high schools in California.
